Really...no limit to requests?
That's right. Bottomless requests. Once you become a member, you are able to add as many design requests to the board as you'd like. They will be worked on and delivered one by one.
What is the lead time for each design?
Each request will take 1-3 business days, depending on the request.
who is designing this?
Sweet Science Design is squad of two. Both designers have over 10 years experience in the start-up (both having founded companies), agency, corporate, & freelance industries.
You will work directly with the two founders. Neither beat around the bush and strive to achieve excellence.
What softwares does sweet science design use?
For product design, we work primarily in Figma; and depending on the request, we sometimes will jump into the Adobe products & others.
Custom builds are usually done in Webflow, which will require a subscription.
how do I make a request?
We make the design to final delivery workflow sweet and simple. Once you sign up, you'll receive an easy to use & flexible Trello board. Clients make requests here by means of documentation, wireframes, video recordings, decks. or whatever process they prefer.
There is no right or wrong to how you want to deliver your requests to the Sweet Science Squad.
I'm not happy with my design, what can I do?
No problem here. We love feedback. You can iterate as many times as you'd like. We will get you to the place where you are feeling exceptional about what you're making.
what happens if I need to pause?
The pause feature is very handy and useful. Say you don't have enough design requests to fill up your board for a month, can you pause? Absolutely. Many of our clients have done this. We want to make sure you are getting your money's worth. Pausing will allow you to roll over whatever days you don't use until you are ready to rock and roll again.
what happens if I only have one or two requests?
If you only have a few requests you can utilize the Pause feature. Put your requests in until satisfied, then hit "Pause".
What happens if I want to cancel?
We doubt you will, however, if something extreme is happening, we understand, we are human. Just let us know via email within 14 days of your next billing period & we will work with you.
what is the refund policy?
We are committed to our work & your satisfaction. We are also confident in our ability to deliver, so we don't offer refunds on work completed.
